Third Party Privacy Policies

Facebook: The Company advertises, communicates and accepts orders via this platform. No personal information is directly shared to Facebook by The Company.

Etsy: The Company owns an Etsy shop however does not currently use this platform for any purpose. No personal information is directly shared to Etsy by The Company.

Paypal: The Company accepts payments via this platform. Information supplied to this Paypal is provided by You and is limited to information only required in order to fulfil orders.

Royal Mail: The Company uses this courier to dispatch orders. Customer name and shipping address is the only information provided by The Company to Royal Mail.

Parcel Force: The Company uses this courier to dispatch orders, Customer name and shipping address is the only information providing by The Company to Parcel Force.

Team Up: The Company uses this service as an online calendar allows The Company to answer queries when not in the office. The link to this private calendar is not disclosed to any third parties and information input to the calendar is limited to name and product details. Details are deleted from the calendar 3 months after order completion.

Microsoft: The Company holds a back up email account with Outlook which comes under the Microsoft umbrella. Emails containing personal information are deleted after 3 years.

WordPress: The Company’s website is created and maintained using WordPress and WooCommerce. All details supplied to The Company via the website are stored via WordPress.
